The Megane wins!

OK, as much as I would love to drive around in a little red convertible…it’s really not practical at the moment. It was a loaner because my real new car wasn’t quite ready. (I’ll go into that another time.)

Here is my new car…


It’s the Megane Sedan that I liked in the post “He Says, She says” Ultimately, it was the best decision for me and for the kids. Brian still thinks it looks ordinary but I think he’s coming around to all the features.

I did get to test the auto-windscreen wipers and lights yesterday…very cool and an MP3 compatible stereo is alright too but the best part is the drive. SO smooth and quiet after years of driving older cars. The turning circle is WAY smaller than I am used to so I need to be careful for the next few days.

Now I just need to make a point of not trying to get a park close to the shops but one far away from any trolley bays!

    Very nice car. Now don’t drive it when the looneys are about. Oops! then you wouldn’t be able to drive it at all!!
